The purchase of any travel services offered by www.parsleytravel.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Parsley Travel, and represents your acceptance of the Parsley Travel Terms & Conditions set out herein.

Please make sure that you read the conditions carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

The travel contract shall commence after the confirmation of the booking is sent by Parsley Travel.

The following terms and conditions are applied to bookings made by you through your usage of www.parsleytravel.com until 31st December 2023.

 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the tour price per person by credit card payment or bank transfer is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once the deposit is received, it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (50%) is due to be paid on arrival to Turkey.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. The rules for the cancellations are as follows

Prior to 45 days, there will be an administrative fee of 50€.

Within 45 days prior to departure the following penalties will apply:

45 to 29 days: 30 % of total booking price

29 to 15 days or less: 75% of package

less than 15 days : 100% of the package price.

 

REFUNDS

After the refund amount is agreed based on our cancellation policy, we will send the amount to your credit card or bank right after. It should take between 5 – 15 business days depending on country, national holidays, etc.

 

CHILD DISCOUNT

Children under 7 years are generally granted a reduction of up to 50% off the land tour, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. Our agents will advise about the rates on some special tours if needed.

 

UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent between 5 and 7 business days after confirmation. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

 

LIMITS ON PARSLEY TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY

Parsley Travel (......................................) acts only as an agent for the hotels, restaurants, airlines, bus companies, ship lines, owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation providers, or other service providers (“suppliers”). By acceptance Customized Trip membership, receipts, or tickets, Customized Trip client agrees that Parsley Travel assumes no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person or property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of co-travelers, suppliers, nature, or dangers, delays, cancellations, and incidents related to the sea or weather conditions, health related problems before, after, or during the tour, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Parsley Travel or for loss or damage resulting from insufficient, or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that Parsley Travel assumes no liability sustained or incurred by a Customized Trip client as a result of any foreign causes and is not liable for defaults or breach of contract of those persons, suppliers, or companies not directly under the control of Parsley Travel. Parsley Travel shall not be responsible for suppliers’ failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers. Parsley Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels with best available alternatives and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by airline or ferry schedules, or other reasons

 

INSURANCE

Personal Travel Insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all. However, as a condition of accepting you on the trip, we insist on your having a personal comprehensive travel insurance policy.

 

HEALTH AND FITNESS

All customers are advised to have comprehensive holiday and travel insurance coverage including out of country medical coverage. It is also recommended to be fit and in good health to take part in these tours. Some tours involve a significant amount of walking and some scrambling over rough terrain on archaeological sites. It is the responsibility of the individual customers to decide whether they are medically fit and able to undertake these tours.

 

VALIDITY

This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, if the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
